RAJMA AUR PASTA KA SHORBA
Ingredients
1 cup boiled rajma
1 cup pasta of your choice(macaroni, penne, fussilli)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp chopped onions
1 no bayleaf
2-3 black peppercorns
½ cup tomato puree
Salt to taste
½ tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp chili flakes
2 tsp red chili sauce
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
2-3 nos boiled dal vadis (sindhi vadi)
½ tsp garam masala powder
1 litre vegetable stock
Method
Heat oil in a pan, sauté the garlic and onions for a few seconds. Add in the tomato puree, all powdered spices, dal vadis, herbs, chili flakes, salt and pepper, bayleaf, peppercorns and cook the mixture for 3-4 mins. Add in boiled rajma, pasta and vegetable stock as per requirements. Simmer the soup for around 15 mins, add in chopped coriander leaves and serve piping hot with soup sticks.
