QUICK MANGO SOUFFLE
Ingredients
Mango pulp 2 cups
Whipped cream ½ cup
Beated egg whites 1 no
For garnish mango slices as required
Piped cream for decoration and mint leaves
Method
In a bowl, mix together the whipped sweetened cream along with the mango pulp, and egg whites. Beat all well together until very light and frothy. Set in small moulds for 4 hours. Remove, demould and serve chilled garnish well.
