METHI DAL TADKA
Ingredients
Fresh methi leaves 1 cup chopped
Fresh coriander leaves ½ cup chopped
Garlic 2-3 cloves chopped
Oil 2 tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Slit green chilies 2-3 nos
Tomatoes ½ cup chopped
Salt to taste
Boil yellow moong dal or toor dal 3 cups after boiling
Method
Heat oil in a pan, add in the garlic, chilies and jeera, add in the methi and coriander leaves and stir well, add in the tomatoes and sauté them too. Finally add in salt to taste and the boiled and churned dal. Bring to a boil, simmer for 10 mins. Serve hot.
