Ingredients
Watermelon pulp 2 cups
Lime juice 2 tbsp
Sugar syrup 2 tsp
Lime cordial 2-3tbsp
Crushed ice as required
Fresh mint leaves 3-4nos for garnish
Method
Prepare the watermelon pulp and mix in the lime, sugar syrup, lime cordial and the crushed ice. Mix well and serve in tall glasses. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
