METHI CHAMAN
Ingredients
Fresh methi leaves 1 cup roughly chopped
Fresh coriander leaves ½ cup roughly chopped
Garlic 2-3 cloves chopped
Oil 2 tsp
Tomatoes 2 medium size grated
Salt to taste
Curry leaves 4-5 nos
Green chilies slit 2-3 nos
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Water 2-3 tbsp
Diced paneer 250 gms
Method
Heat oil, add in the curry leaves, garlic, tomatoes, methi and coriander leaves, sauté for a few minutes, add in the powdered masalas, salt to taste and mix well. Cover and cook on a low flame for 4-5 mins, until the leaves have wilted and the oil starts to appear on the sides on the pan. Add on the diced paneer pieces, mix and cook for another 2-3 mins. Remove and serve hot with rotis.
