LITCHI PUNCH
Ingredients
Lychees 10-12 nos
Mint leaves 4-5 nos
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Fresh basil 4-5 leaves
Fresh spinach boiled ½ cup
Avocado / pear 1 no cut into wedges

For the dressing
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Lime juice 1 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 pinch
Salt to taste
White wine 2 tbsp
Method
Mix together all leafy vegetables along with the others. Mix together dressing ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Serve chilled.
