INDO CHINI GOL GAPPE
Ingredients
12-15 round pani puries/golgappe

For the filling
2 small boiled and mashed potatoes
½ tsp chaat masala
1 small chopped onion
1 small chopped tomato
1 green chili chopped
8-10 Manchurian balls (veg)
½ cup Manchurian sauce or schezuan sauce
½ cup beaten curd
2 tbsp chopped spring onion greens
Method
Prick the round puries from the top to make a hollow. Place a mixture of the mashed potatoes, onions, tomatoes, green chili inside the puries. Place sliced Manchurian balls and top with Manchurian sauce, green chutney and curd. Sprinkle chaat masala on top and garnish with spring onion greens and serve immediately.
