CHICKEN AND CHEESE KABAB
Ingredients
Boneless chicken boiled 2 cups
Onion chopped ½ cup
Nutmeg powder 1 tsp
Coriander chopped 2 tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Eggs 2 nos
Breadcrumbs ½ cup
Boiled potato ½ cup
Amul cheese small cubes ½ cup
Salt to taste
Oil 100ml
Method
The chicken keema should be boiled in a very less quantity of water. Mix all other ingredients except oil. You can grate the cheese and stuff inside the kebab. Shallow fry and serve hot with tomato basil sauce.
