BHUNA METHI MURG
Ingredients
Fresh methi leaves 1 cup chopped
Fresh coriander leaves ½ cup chopped
Garlic 2-3 cloves chopped
Ginger 1 inch piece grated
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Oil 2tbsp
Chicken breast and legs 2 nos
Salt to taste
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Kasoori methi 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Curd 1 cup
Method
Clean the chicken pieces and apply marination of the garlic, ginger all powdered masalas and whipped curd with a pinch of salt and the kasoori methi. Keep aside for 15 mins. Heat oil in a pan, add the chicken pieces and saute for 8-10 mins. Add in the fresh cut methi and coriander leaves.
