Method
Combine together the pasta with the olive oil, salt, pepper, chopped mango pickle
and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, sauté jeera, elaichi and add tomato puree, red
chili and turmeric powder. Add salt to taste and cook for 4-5 mins. Add in the macaroni,
peas, sausages, mix well and cook for 5-6 mins. Remove cool and mix with the prepared
dressing and serve chilled.
