ACHARI MACARONI PASTA SALAD
Ingredients
1 cup boiled macaroni pasta
2 nos elaichi
2 tbsp oil
1 cup tomato puree
1 tsp jeera seeds
½ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp mango pickle
2-3 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp white pepper powder
Salt to taste
4-5 sliced chicken sausages
½ cup boiled green peas
Method
Combine together the pasta with the olive oil, salt, pepper, chopped mango pickle and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, sauté jeera, elaichi and add tomato puree, red chili and turmeric powder. Add salt to taste and cook for 4-5 mins. Add in the macaroni, peas, sausages, mix well and cook for 5-6 mins. Remove cool and mix with the prepared dressing and serve chilled.
