WATERMELON SORBET
Ingredients
Watermelon pulp 2 cups
Crushed ice as required
Lime juice 2 tbsp
Rock salt 1 tsp
Kalakhatta syrup ΒΌ cup
Method
Mix together the watermelon, ice, lime and rock salt. Add in the kalakhatta syrup and shape up into a block like the slush. Insert a plastic stir stick if desired to make it easy to eat.
