Marination
In a bowl combine chop garlic cloves, oil, soya sauce, white wine, vinegar, pepper, honey, water, chicken keep aside for 2 hrs.
To cook the chicken Place the marinade in a saucepan and cook till done add in the cornflour to form a gravy.
Serve with boiled rice in a plate, arrange 2 pieces of chicken, top with sauce and garnish with crush pepper and parsley.
VARIATIONS: try a similar preparation with tofu, paneer, mixed vegetables. The sauce can be prepared separately also and served as a dipping sauce along with batter fried chicken as a snack.
