STRAWBERRY MOUSSE
Ingredients
Strawberries 400 gms [300 gms puree and rest for garnish
Strawberry crush 2-3 tbsp
Sweetened fresh whipped cream 2 cups
Method
Prepare a puree of the fresh strawberries and reserve some for garnish. Whip the cream well and prepare gelatin solution. In a mixing bowl, combine together the cream with strawberry crush, the fresh puree and gelatin mixture and fold the ingredients well to mix properly. Pour this mixture into transparent glass bowls or ice-cream cups and set them in the fridge. Garnish with some whipped cream, slices of strawberry and a mint leaf. Serve as a dessert/all day favorite.
