Method
In a mixing bowl or a mocktail shaker combine together the crushed ice with the fresh strawberry puree or you can also use 2 tbsp strawberry crush from readily available bottles, combine together lime juice, sugar syrup, ginger juice, mint leaves and shake together or stir well. Pour the drink into the tall chilled cocktail glass of your choice, top it up with the chilled sprite and garnish with the fresh mint, cucumber slices and black olives and serve immediately.
VARIATIONS: try mango pulp in combination with mint and Miranda. Also black currant syrup can be combined with grape juice and lime with a dash of ginger.
