Method
Prepare the custard, boil milk with sugar and add dissolved custard powder and thicken, add in condensed milk, cardamom powder and mix well. It should be nice thick custard. Cool it completely and chill well before assembling the dish. Arrange the sweet tarts in a tray pour in the chilled custard spoon by spoon and garnish with wedges of strawberries. Repeat same for all tarts and chill them for some more time. Serve as a dessert or a tea party sweet dish.
