STRAWBERRY CRUNCH CREAM
Ingredients
Strawberries 250 gms/ sliced
Digestive biscuits 10- 12 nos
Fresh cream 1 cup sweetened and whipped
Brandy ΒΌ cup
Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
Method
Slice the strawberries and sprinkle cinnamon and brandy on them and toss well, keep aside for 10 mins to assemble the dish, take a transparent glass bowl, start with layer of digestive biscuits at the base followed by a piping of cream and arrange the marinated strawberries side by side with the cream. Repeat the layers till you reach the top of the bowl. Finally, spread cream on top and garnish with some more strawberry and chill the bowl. Serve as a dessert.
