Method
Heat oil / butter in a pan, sauté the garlic for a few seconds, add the onions, sauté for a while. Add the boiled drained Soya chunks, stir fry on a high flame. Add the sauces, mix well and adjust seasonings to taste. Add the tamarind chutney, simmer, cover and cook for 8-10 mins. Add the shredded capsicums just before removing from flame. Serve hot, garnish appropriately.
Chef’s variations: Try mushrooms and baby potatoes ot the same garnish with sliced baby corn. Chicken chunks, with cubed peppers taste good too in the same recipe.
