SEAFOOD SANDWICH PIZZA
Ingredients
Pizza base 4 nos medium sized

For the topping
Shrimps 1 cup (shelled and deveined)
Boneless ghol fish 300 gms (cubed)
Salt and pepper to taste
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Oil 1tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 ½ tsp
Chopped onion 2 tbsp
Sliced green olives 8-10 nos
Sliced black olives 8-10 nos
Oregano ½ tsp
Thyme ¼ tsp
Chili flakes ½ tsp
Tomato ketchup ¼ cup
Grated cheese ½ cup

For the dill flavored mayo
Mayonnaise sauce ½ cup
Chopped dill leaves 1 tsp
Lime juice 1 tsp
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Mix well and chill
Method to prepare the topping
Heat oil, sauté the garlic, onion for a few seconds add in the shrimps and fish, cook on a high flame for 3-4 hrs, add in tomato puree, thyme, oregano, seasonings to taste and the Indian spices. Mix well cook for 8-10 mins and remove.

To assemble the pizza
Spread out the prepared seafood, mix into the first pizza bread, sprinkle grated cheese and cover with the second pizza base. Sprinkle grated cheese and green/ black olives and bake in a pre heated oven until crisp and well done. Cut into wedges, serve with the dill flavored mayo dressing

VARIATIONS: try the layering with assorted mixed vegetables cooked in a thick cheesy sauce. Chicken keema with cheese and olives is an ideal choice too.
