SEV BURFI FRUIT CRUMBLE
Ingredients
Sev burfi 250 gms
Strawberry 100 gms (halved)
Black grapes ½ cup
Papaya 250 gms (cubed)
Custard 500 ml (vanilla flavoured)
Jam 100 ml (mixed fruit)
Mint leaves 10-12 nos
Assorted nuts 2 tbsp sliced
Method
Prepare vanilla flavored custard from a readily available custard powder pack. Crumble the sev burfi and keep aside. Prepare the fruits and chill. To arrange, in serving bowl place a layer of the custard , top with sev burfi, fresh fruit, more custard top with sev burfi and garnisged with nuts melted jam and mint leaves. Serve chilled.

VARIATION: try a similar recipe using rabid, malpuas and fresh fruits.
