FRUITY DIP
Ingredients
Chicken breasts 2 nos (marinated with some salt, pepper, soya sauce, chili sauce and mustard paste. Keep aside for 10 mins and roast in the oven for 20 mins, remove and cut into very small pieces)
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Chili sauce 1 tsp
Peanut butter 1 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Olives 10-12 nos
Method
Combine all the ingredients along with the roasted chicken into a blender and make a nice smooth thick paste. Remove and serve with breads of your choice.
