RICE NOODLE COMBO
Ingredients
1 cup cooked long grain rice
1 cup boiled hakka noodles
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp chopped green chilies
1 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped spring onion greens
2 tbsp shredded carrots
2 tbsp shredded capsicums
2 tbsp shredded cabbage
1 tbsp chopped celery
Salt and pepper
Ajinomoto to taste
2-3 tbsp soya sauce
2-3 tbsp schezuan sauce
2 tbsp hot garlic sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
Method
Heat oil in a pan, sauté the ginger, garlic and green chilies for a few seconds, add in the vegetables of your choice/boiled shredded chicken/meat/prawns/sausages etc and stir fry on a high flame for a few seconds. Add in the sauces, and mix wee, finally add in the rice and noodles and stir well. Add in the spring onion greens and serve hot.
