Ingredients
Watermelon pulp 2 cups
Rose syrup ¼ cup
Lime juice 2 tsp
Crushed ice as required
Rock salt ½ tsp
Lemonade to top
Mint leaves for garnish
Method
In a mixing bowl combine together the watermelon juice, rose syrup, lime juice and rock salt and mix well. Serve in tall glasses. Top with lemonade, garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
