PINK LADY
Ingredients
1 cup crushed ice
2-3 tbsp rose syrup
½ lime juice
2 tbsp sugar syrup-optional
2 cups of fresh coconut water
Mint leaves as required
Method
In a mocktail glass or mixing bowl, combine together the crushed ice with the rose syrup, coconut water and lime juice. Add sugar only if required, ideally it can be avoided. Stir the mixture well and pour into chilled serving glasses and garnish with fresh fruit segments and serve.
