PINA COLADA
Ingredients
1 cup crushed ice
1 cup pineapple juice
½ cup vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp sugar syrup
½ coconut cream
Fresh pineapple slices
Few glazed cherries for garnish
Method
Chill the mocktail serving glasses for around 10 mins.
In a bowl combine together all the ingredients and using a hand blender, mix well. The mixture tends to settle at the base very fast if kept foe long-time. Hence it should be served immediately upon pouring in the glasses. Garnish the mocktail with fresh pineapple and cherry and serve.
