Ingredients
Fresh peach puree/pulp 1 cup
Fresh curd ½ cup
Cream ¼ cup
Milk ¼ cup
Honey 2 tbsp
Slice of peach for garnish
Method
In a blender combine together the peach pulp, the curd, cream and milk and blend well using some crushed ice. Remove and pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of fresh peach and serve.
