PEACH MOUSEE
Ingredients
Peach puree 1 cup
Cream ½ cup
Beaten egg whites 1 no
Gelatin 2 tsp optional
Castor sugar 2-3 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Mint leaves 12-15 nos
Cherries 2-3 for garnish
Method
To the peach pulp or puree add in the egg whites, beaten cream, castor sugar or sugar syrup, honey and mint leaves. Lastly fold in the gelatin and mix well. Pour the mixture into glasses or cups and allow to set in the fridge for around 3-4 hours. Serve chilled, garnish with cherries.
