PANEER CHUTNEYWALA TIKKI
Ingredients
Paneer grated 1 cup
Potato boiled 1 no
Ginger chopped 1”
Dhaniya chopped ½ cup
Salt a pinch
Garam masala 1 tsp
Green chili chopped 1 tsp
Mango chutney 2 tbsp
Breadcrumbs ½ cup
Corn flour ½ cup
Chat masala 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Method
Grate paneer and rub till smooth. Add mashed potatoes, ginger and green chili, salt. Use breadcrumbs as binder, only if required. Make equal lemon sliced balls stuffed with a thick paste of mango chutney. Shape into tikkis and shallow fry. Serve hot as starters.
