Method
Clean, wash and parboil the rice. Cool and keep aside. Heat oil, sauté the ginger, garlic onion add in the fish, prawns, eggs, vegetables, chicken, rice, sauces, seasonings and toss on a high flame. Remove serve hot garnish with spring onion greens. Serve with oriental sauces.
VARIATIONS: Try a vegetarian variation with bean sprouts, pepper, bamboo shoots, cauliflower etc. for a Chinese touch try adding a little schezuan sauce to the rice.
