MANGO AND PRAWN SALAD
Ingredients
Mango 2 nos peeled and diced
Prawns 250 gms shelled and cooked

For the salad
Lettuce leaves 1 cup
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Lime juice 1 tsp
Chopped dill leaves 1 tsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
In a bowl mix together the mango, prawns and the dressing. Toss well and arrange in a serving bowl and serve chilled.
