Ingredients
Vanilla sponge cake 1 no plain
Cream cheese 1 cup
Mango pulp 1cup
Fresh chopped mangoes 1 cup
Cream to garnish ½ cup
Fresh mango slices for garnish
Method
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and mango pulp along with the fresh mango and cream well. Arrange it on the cake base and chill. Garnish with cream and fresh mango and serve chilled.
