MANCHURIAN TAWA TIKKI
Ingredients
Cabbage shredded 1 ½ cup
Carrot shredded 1 cup
Boiled potato 1 cup
Onion chopped 1 cup
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Oil 100 ml
For sauce
Tomato sauce ½ cup
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Mint chopped 1 tbsp
Method
In a pan, heat a little oil. Add the cabbage, carrot, onion, ginger and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes and cool. add boiled mashed potatoes and season. Add corn flour and a little maida if required and shape into tikkis. Shallow fry and serve hot with phudina masala chili sauce. To make the sauce combine chopped phudina, chili sauce and tomato sauce.
