LITCHI SHIKANJI
Ingredients
Fresh litchis 8-10 nos
Lime juice 1 tsp
Roasted and crushed jeera 1 pinch
Fresh mint leaves 2-3 broken up
Coconut water 300 ml
Slice of lime 1-2 nos
Ice cubes made with fresh litchi puree
Method
Place some litchi ice cubes in a glass, top with mint and lime slice followed by roasted crushed jeera and finally top it up with chilled coconut water. Stir the mixture well and serve immediately.
