Ingredients
Fresh litchi puree 1 cup
Vanilla ice-cream 2 scoops
Milk 250 ml
Cream 2 tbsp
Litchi crush 2 tbsp
Crushed ice as required
Method
In a food processor / blender combine together the above ingredients and churn them until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with some more litchis and serve.
