LITCHI PUNCH
Ingredients
Fresh litchis 4-5 nos
Pineapple juice ½ cup
Sugar syrup 1 tsp
Rock salt 1 pinch
Guava juice 1 cup
Lime juice 1 tsp
Lytchi crush 1 tbsp
Method
In a chilled martini glass, pour in the guava juice, pineapple and lime juice along with the sugar syrup and litchi crush and a pinch of rock salt. Stir well and garnish with a wedge of pineapple and serve chilled.
