Method
In a cocktail shaker or mixing bowl, combine together the crushed ice along with the litchi pulp or juice if using crush then use 3 tbsp, add in the lime, salt, few mint leaves and shake well. Pour into the glass and top with coconut water and sprite. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.
VARIATION: try a combination of khus syrup with coconut water or sprite for a similar drink. Avocado pulp and litchi combination also comes out well for a refreshing nutritive drink.
