LITCHI LUST
Ingredients
Litchi crush or litchi pulp/juice 250 ml
Coconut water 200 ml
Lime juice 2-3 tbsp
Salt 1 pinch
Crushed ice as required
Sprite or white color aerated drink as required
Fresh mint leaves for garnishing 3-4 nos
A colored stem and brim serving glass
Method
In a cocktail shaker or mixing bowl, combine together the crushed ice along with the litchi pulp or juice if using crush then use 3 tbsp, add in the lime, salt, few mint leaves and shake well. Pour into the glass and top with coconut water and sprite. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.

VARIATION: try a combination of khus syrup with coconut water or sprite for a similar drink. Avocado pulp and litchi combination also comes out well for a refreshing nutritive drink.
