KHASTA KACHORI CHAAT
Ingredients
4-5 round dal kachories/ masala kachories
For the topping and filling
½ cup curds beaten
½ cup tomato ketchup
½ cup tamarind chutney
½ cup green coriander and mint chutney
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp chopped mint leaves
1 lime
1 tsp chaat masala
½ cup canned baked beans
1 small tomato chopped
1 small onion chopped
Method
Place the kachories onto a serving plate and lightly press them from the top in order to allow the fillings and toppings to go inside. Sprinkle all the ingredients of the chaat on top along with the chutneys and sauces. The final topping should be the curds, mint, and coriander along with chaat masala. Serve the chaat chilled I possible.
