HARABHARA KABABS
Ingredients
French beans 100 gms
Green peas 100 gms
Chilies 3-4 nos
Dhaniya leaves 1 bunch
Ginger 50 gms
Carrot 100 gms
Palak 100 gms
Paneer 30 gms
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Boiled potatoes 2 nos
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Oil 80 ml
Chat masala 1 tsp
Method
Finely chop the beans, carrot, palak and other vegetables. Boil and squeeze together to remove all moisture. Add chopped dhaniya, chilies, ginger, garam masala, salt and little corn flour. Make small kebabs shallow or deep fry. Serve hot with tomato sauce or mint chutney.
