Method
Arrange the tartlets in a serving tray. Mix together all the ingredients for the filling in a mixing bowl and using a hand blender mix them well. Keep the bowl in the fridge incase the service is to be later or delayed. Taking a piping bag with a star nozzle and fill it with the peach cream mixture and pipe out into the tartlets generously to the top. Garnish with nuts of your choice or some glazed cherries and mint.
