FARFELLE CHICKEN INDIANA SALAD
Ingredients
1 cup boiled farfalle salad
2 tbsp olive oil
2-3 tbsp basil leaves
½ tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 cup sindhi seyal chicken (boneless sindhi seyal chicken is the one which we make using onions and tomatoes)
Powdered spices
2-3 tbsp grated cheese
Method
Heat oil in a pan, sauté the garlic and add the seyal chicken cut into small pieces. Add herbs, basil leaves, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 4-5 mins and remove. Toss the pasta in the chicken mixture and dish out the salad on a plate and garnish with grated cheese.

NOTE: we can also use paneer bhurji or even methi garlic masala. Additionally black and green olives, pimentos and gherkins can also be used in the same salad.
