EGG AND OLIVES
Ingredients
Bread croutons –toasted or fried 12-15 nos
Boiled eggs 3-4 nos
Stuffed olives 7-8 nos
Chili powder a pinch
Chat masala a pinch
Method
Cut the boiled eggs into slices. Apply a little butter on the croutons and arrange a lettuce leaf on the top. Then arrange the egg slice and sprinkle a little chili powder and chat masala. Arrange a slice of stuffed olive on top and serve.
