CHUTNEY WITH PANEER
Ingredients
Bread croutons-toasted or fried 12-15 nos
Malai paneer 100 gm
Gongura chutney 2 tbsp
A few decorative vegetables
Method
Cut 2 cm triangles of the paneer. Apply a little butter to the croutons and put 1 triangle on the top. Put a small amount of the gongura chutney on the first slice of the paneer and then cover with a second triangle of paneer in such a way that a star is formed. Garnish well with a spring of dhaniya and julienne of tomato.
