CHICKEN TORTAS
Ingredients
Chicken mince 1 cup
Garlic 1 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Onion 1 small
Potatoes 2 small
Salt to taste
Black pepper ½ tsp
White wine 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tsp
Egg 1 no

For tomato Soya dip
Tomato sauce ¼ cup
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Spring onion 2 bulbs
Spring onion greens 2 tbsp chopped
Method
Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic and onions add in the chicken mince, potatoes, white wine, soya sauce, chili sauce, salt pepper powder. Simmer it for 10 mins, cool add the beaten egg in it.

For the tortas
To prepare the tort cake heat oil in a pan and drop spoonful of it in the hot pan and cook on the both sides on medium flame. Serve hot with tomato soya dip.

For the dip
Heat oil, sauté garlic add tomato sauce, soya sauce, spring onion, spring onion greens and cook for 2 mins . Serve with tortas.

VARIATIONS: Soya keema in place of chicken mince. Assorted mixed vegetables, in place of egg use the besan batter.
