CHEESE AND CARROT WITH MUSTARD MAYO
Ingredients
Bread croutons –toasted or fried 12-15 nos
1 inch thick carrot boiled 1 no
Cheese slices 6 nos
Mayonnaise ½ cup
A few decorative vegetables
Method
Cut the carrot length in half than slice thinly in 12-15 slices. Cut the cheese slice into the same semicircular shapes. Mix the mustard paste and mayonnaise and check seasoning. Apply mayo liberally to the croutons. Place the slices of carrots and cheese on the croutons side by side. Garnish well with any green vegetables or asparagus.
