CARROT AND OLIVE SALAD
Ingredients
Carrots 2 medium sized peeled and grated
Olives without seeds, sliced-black or green
Lettuce leaves 1 cup
For the dressing

Olive oil ΒΌ cup
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
White vinegar 2 tsp
chat masala 1 tsp
Method
Prepare the carrots and olives and keep aside in a separate bowl. Mix the dressing ingredients and toss the carrots and olives in it. Serve chilled on a bed of crisp lettuce leaves. Garnish with sliced black olives.
