Method
For the potatoes: wash the potatoes well and keep skin on, do not peel the potatoes, cut into wedges parboil starting with cold water when half done, remove marinade the same and deep fry until crispy and golden browned. Remove and keep aside.
For the rasili chutney
In a bowl mix together the Manchurian sauce, tomato sauce, chili garlic sauce, and keep aside. Mix well and chill.
VARIATIONS: try the same recipe with chicken nuggets, batter fried prawns, cauliflower, cottage cheese tofu etc topped with rasili chutney
