SEVIYON KI KHEER
Ingredients
Mangoes 2 nos peeled and sliced
Bread 8-10 slices
Butter 2 tsp
Milk ½ cup
Sugar ¼ cup
Chopped assorted nuts 1 tbsp
Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
Mint leaves 2-3 springs for garnish
Method
Soak the bread slices in hot milk which has been boiled with sugar. Layer them into the baking dish with slices of mango and sandwich them. Sprinkle nuts and coconut and top with some butter and bake in a preheated oven for 10 mins at 150 degress C and serve warm.
